Samples

We have free samples available for our entire range of products, which can easily be added to your cart. In fact we encourage our customers to do so. Sometimes colours and textures can appear slightly different on each individual’s screen compared to real life. By taking advantage of our samples on offer, this ensures no surprises once you receive your order.

Measuring

Always provide exact measurements when ordering, as our manufacturers will make any deductions to ensure the right fit. The measurements you provide are the final width bracket to bracket measurements, so no need to deduct or add anything. See our guides for further directions on how to measure for each product.
If you have any doubts, book a check measure online to have one of our professionals measure for you. We offer a low flat rate for this service.

We advise professional cleaning of curtains, to help maintain their shape and extend their lifespans
DO NOT use harsh cleaners or bleaches.
DO NOT use abrasive cloths, brushes or steel wool.
Any damage caused by cleaning methods not advised will void all warranties.
